Terms of Service

Effective 6 September 2026 Version 1.0

These terms govern your use of cyberwarriornetwork.com, the Trust Gate console and demo environment, the public API, and any related pages or tools we operate (together, the Service). The Service is operated by Cyber Warrior Network (we, us). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

What the product is. Trust Gate evaluates a proposed action by an AI agent against a policy, allows or denies it, and issues a cryptographically signed record of that evaluation. The record is written at the boundary the agent acted through, so the agent cannot author or alter its own account of what happened.

1 Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it, and you means that organisation.

2 The Service is offered as is, and it is early

Trust Gate is a live product in active development. The console and the demo environment exist so that you can evaluate it. We do not promise uptime, a fixed feature set, or that any interface will stay stable. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Service at any time.

Do not rely on the Service as your only record of anything that matters. Keep your own copies of any receipt, log, or output you depend on.

3 Accounts and credentials

Some parts of the Service require an API key or account. You are responsible for keeping credentials secret and for everything done with them. Tell us at [email protected] as soon as you believe a credential has been exposed. We may revoke any credential at any time, including to protect the Service or another user.

4 Acceptable use

You may not:

5 Your content, and what we do with it

You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant us the licence we need to operate the Service: to store, process, and transmit your content for the purpose of providing it to you, and to keep aggregated, de-identified statistics about how the Service is used.

Receipts are, by design, append-only and immutable. Once a receipt has been issued we cannot alter it. We can mark a receipt superseded, and we can delete personal data associated with an account under the Privacy Policy, but the cryptographic record of a decision is not editable. Bear that in mind before you submit anything into the gate.

6 Our intellectual property

The Service, its interfaces, documentation, and the CWN and Trust Gate names and marks belong to us or our licensors. Nothing here transfers ownership. Where we publish source code under an open licence, that licence governs that code, not these terms.

7 Third party services

The Service links to and depends on services we do not control, including hosting, analytics, and the social and identity platforms you may choose to connect. Their terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for what they do.

CWN Postiz. Cyber Warrior Network operates CWN Postiz, a social media scheduling and content management tool, to draft, schedule, and publish posts across the accounts we operate, including TikTok. Connecting a TikTok account to CWN Postiz is covered by these terms and by our Privacy Policy, and TikTok's own terms apply to your use of TikTok itself. See the CWN Postiz product page for what the integration does and which scopes it uses.

8 Fees

The Service is currently offered without charge while it is in development. If we introduce fees, we will say so clearly before they apply to you, and you may stop using the Service instead.

9 Disclaimer

The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any output is accurate, complete, or fit for a regulatory, legal, or evidentiary purpose. Trust Gate is software. It is not legal advice, an audit opinion, a compliance certification, or a substitute for professional judgement.

10 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

11 Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or of any law.

12 Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these terms or that your use puts the Service or another user at risk. Sections 5, 6, and 9 through 13 survive termination.

13 Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to venue there.

14 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its effective date at the top. If a change materially reduces your rights we will give notice on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the change.
